In May 1994, the "Yuyao Qilin Hardware and Plastic Factory" was established in Xiaoluxia Village, Simen Town, Yuyao City. The registered capital was 300000 yuan, and the enterprise's factory building area was over 300 square meters. It mainly produces hardware and electrical accessories, plastic accessories, stamping parts, instrument accessories, etc.
In December 2001, Yuyao Juqi Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in Xiaoluxia Village, Simen Town, Yuyao City, with a registered capital of 1.5 million yuan and a factory building area of over 10000 square meters. The company mainly produces power connectors, connectors, plugs, sockets, wires, hardware, and plastic products for manufacturing and processing.
In February 2004, Ningbo Xuanhua Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. was established in Xiaoluxia Village, Simen Town, Yuyao City, with a registered capital of 1.33 million US dollars. The company mainly produces and processes wires, cables, plugs, sockets, household appliances, and lighting fixtures. At the same time, we expanded our factory by more than 10000 square meters, introduced 9 advanced PVC wire and rubber sheathed wire production lines, invested over 1 million yuan to renovate 2 old wire production lines, and achieved annual sales exceeding 100 million yuan for the first time.
In January 2015, Ningbo Xuanhua Industrial Co., Ltd. was registered and established with a registered capital of 8 million US dollars. Its main business includes the manufacturing and processing of wires, cables, plugs, sockets, household appliances, lamps, chip components, power electronic devices, optoelectronic devices, and new electromechanical components. Self operated and agency import and export of various goods and technologies, without import commodity distribution business. (For goods that do not involve national trade management, but involve quota and license management, the application shall be handled in accordance with relevant national regulations.). At the same time, in November 2015, Ningbo Xuanhua Industrial Co., Ltd. completed a new factory building with a total investment of 150 million yuan in the industrial functional zone of Simen Town. The newly built factory covers an area of 150000 square meters, with 4 new wire assembly lines and 40 new injection molding machines for horizontal and vertical production. The annual production capacity is over 100 million power lines.
